Lillie M. Hall, 96 passed away at Calcutta Health Care on Thursday, July 20, 2017 following a lengthy illness.
She was born in West Point, Ohio on July 4, 1921 a daughter to the late Milton and Mary (Kemmler) Rickerd. Living her life in this area, she was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Lillie attended the Calcutta Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by a son: James N. Hall and his wife Pat of Calcutta, OH; a daughter: Jean E. Buck and her husband Caryle of Calcutta, OH; eight grandchildren: James Douglas Hall, Gregory Scott (Tara) Hall, Alicia Nicole (Mike) McGown, Jeffrey Caryle Buck, Randy David (Lori) Buck, Brian James (Myra) Buck, Caryle Darrin Buck and Cynthia Lynn (Bill) Cross; fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Norman E. Hall whom she married March 17, 1939; a brother Alfred Rickerd and two sisters: Evelyn Roberts and Gertrude Newlen.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 11 AM with Rev. Larry Hukill of First United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
Family will be present to receive friends at the Calcutta funeral home on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 4 to 8 PM.
