Paul W. Power, 71 of Wellsville, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 in Columbus, Ohio following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Norwalk, Ohio on June 29, 1948 a son to the late Charles W. and Betty Jane (Lucal) Power. Paul was a graduate of Western Reserve High School and a Veteran of the United States Army. He worked as a consultant for Nuclear Power plants before retiring and was a member of the American Legion Post #159.
He is survived by his wife Laura (Brant) Power of Wellsville, OH; a son: Bryan Power of Burr Oak, MI; two daughters: Bobbi Power-Bryson and her husband David of Wellsville, OH and Juli Conyer of East Liverpool, OH; two brothers: Lynn Power of Elyria, OH and Warren Power of LaGrange, OH; three sisters: Charlene French of Norwalk, OH, Elizabeth Fulling of Ashland, OH and Liana McDavitt of Sullivan, OH; fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother: Wesley Power.
Visitation will be held at the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes in Calcutta on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 12 PM to 2 PM where the Tri-State Burial Group will accord full military honors at the funeral home at 2 PM.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for the family.
